When you register as a merchant on UPI Gateway, we collect basic identifying information including your name, company/business title, contact email, mobile number, and identity documentation (PAN/Aadhaar) to comply with statutory and anti-fraud regulations.

All UPI transaction requests processed through our REST API are encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store sensitive customer banking credentials or UPI PINs. Transactions are routed securely across NPCI networks.
3. Use of Information
Your information is used strictly to:
- Authenticate API requests and generate unique merchant tokens.
- Deliver real-time webhook callback notifications.
- Send transactional notifications and security alerts via WhatsApp or email.
- Prevent fraudulent activities and maintain platform reliability.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or merchant data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared when necessary to fulfill payment processing or as required by Indian legal authorities.
